    Usage
    The crystal solid can heat by bending the metal piece inside gently.
    • 1) When you use the heat pad at first time
    • Push the metal disk, when you hear a sound "Ka", the liquid will become solid immediately and start to heat, around 50 centigrade.
    • 2) Second use
    • 1. After warming 1-2 hours, the inside solid will become cold. If you want reuse it, please wrap the heat pad by towel, and put it into boiling water for around 5-10minutes, until the inside solid become liquid again, then take the heat pad out from boiling water.
    • 2. You can use the heat pad immediately or just put it there after taking from boiling water. When the liquid is cold, you just need to bend the metal piece inside again like the first time you use; it can heat again...so it is reusable on this way.

    Caution:
    • 1. Reusable.
    • 2. For hot external use only. Please don’t use the heat pad directly after boiling, take care of the high temperature.
    • 3. Approximate peak temperature at 122°F/50°C, and maintain heat about 20 minutes at room temperature 24oC to 26oC.
    • 4. Don’t use the heat pad on skin directly, especial traumatic skin area.
