Wood crusher machine is also known as wood crushing machine or sawdust making machine, it is specially designed to crush wood logs, tree branches, wood timber,  wood waste, sawmill waste and other wood residues to the wood into sawdust.

The whole machine is driven by one motor, connect to the motor is the cutter disc, which is the main part of the machine, on the cutter disc there is blades. After wood feed into the machine from feeding chute, the wood will touch the cutter disc, the blades cut the wood into small pieces, then the hammers bite these small pieces wood to make the size smaller, unless the size is smaller than the holes on the sieve, it will come though the holes and discharged. Because the final crushed powder size is like size of sawdust, so this machine also called sawdust making machine. The diameter of holes on sieve decide the size of the final sawdust. Thus by change the sieve from one machine can get different size sawdust. Usually make wood pellets need sawdust around 5mm size.
